In 1988 when joining Adena, Randy was eager to begin his career as an estimator, never imagining that thirteen years later he would become president, and six years later become sole owner. The incredible journey since has helped build communities, touch lives, and create a family of more than 500 employees.
While Adena has long been known as a trusted and elite construction management and general construction firm, Randy recognized the value of adding self performance to better serve our clients. The foresight to add concrete, masonry, and steel continues to set us apart today.
Randy continues to drive Adena’s growth and evolution. While headquarters remain in the Mansfield community, Adena offices are also located in Columbus, Ohio and Lakeland, Florida.
